Julie Brow-Polanco is a Master Herbalist & Certified Aromatherapist with more than 20 years of experience. She is an expert on natural remedies and specializes in using them to support whole-body wellness, particularly immune, digestive, nervous, and reproductive health. She currently teaches and offers health coaching for at-risk high school students at a small alternative school in the Chicago area as well as continuing to accept private coaching clients and mentoring youth at her church. Julie is a highly trained health coach, with a background in western herbal medicine and aromatherapy, TCM principles, functional medicine, nutrition, mind-body techniques, and peak performance strategies. She expertly weaves all these elements together with her love of story, music, and nature to help youth fully realize their potential.
