Shawn Achor is an American author, speaker, and founder. He spent twelve years of his career at Harvard University, where he established himself as one of the world’s leading experts on the connection between happiness and success. Achor founded GoodThink, Inc. in 2007. GoodThink is a company of researchers and speakers that offers positive psychology-related services to improve work performance. Achor’s “Happiness Advantage” training is one of the largest and most successful positive psychology corporate training programs in the world.
