Alice's pixie cut is about down to her chin but higher in some places. You can do this if your hair is a little longer—just make sure you have short layers.

Don't do it too much or too high—otherwise, it will make it curl up too much.
If you have a fringe, put it to the left side
You might need to repeat this process once every few days. During the days you are not going to repeat the process, get a wet comb in the morning and twirl the bits that need twisting.
