  1. Tap the app icon that looks like the words "BeReal." on a black background.
  2. How you see who screenshotted your post depends on your type of smartphone:
    • If you're using an iPhone, you'll see a lens outline with the number of people that took a screenshot of that post.
    • If you're using an Android, you'll see a yellow shutter icon to the right of your post.
  3. It's below your post next to your caption.
    • Android users will see the names of users who took a screenshot of their post, while iPhone users will have to share it to be able to see who screenshotted the post.
    • If you're using Android, you already see who screenshotted the post and can skip the rest of these steps.
  4. You'll see several options for sharing your post. You will need to share the post with at least one person to see who took a screenshot, but if you're feeling shy, you can always email or text it to your own address.
    • This will also share a direct link to your BeReal profile, so anyone who receives this share will also be able to look at your BeReal profile easily.
    • If the person with whom you're sharing the post isn't signed up, the share link may also include an advertisement to sign up with BeReal.[1]
    • Once you share the post with at least 1 other person, you'll be able to see the users that took screenshots of that post.
