How to Get Cut in Pokémon Emerald

In each Pokémon game the HM Cut is hidden. You can use it to unlock hidden items and to progress in the game. The puzzle, however, is finding the HM. Since it's in a different location in each game, it can be troublesome to find.

Talk to the man next to the table (the man is the only guy in the house).
- The guy you talk to will give you the HM Move Cut.

Zigzagoon is the best choice, since it can learn most HM's. The only ones it cannot use are: Waterfall and Dive.

You have to go to the gym, which is in the same town. Follow the white chalk path to the north and you'll see it after 20 steps on the right side.
