Since almost half of the numbers are either black or red (except for the green that are 0 and 00) it's very close to 50% chance that you will win, being exact you have a 46.37% chance of winning. This also happens with even or odd and with the groups that includes numbers from 1 to 18 and 19 to 36. The closer you get to a specific bet the harder it gets to win.
