There are so many great videos and resources on YouTube nowadays! It's an easy place to get to—everyone knows what YouTube is and how it works—, so that would be my recommendation. It's free and there are hundreds of thousands of videos on computers and the way they function.

    Community Answer
    Community Answer
It depends on the type of phone you have and where you're trying to sync your contacts from. For example, if you have an old iPhone and you want to transfer your contacts to a new iPhone, you could do so through either an iCloud backup or by having an Apple store employee transfer the data. I am 65, and I would like a course in computer that is easy to read and understand. My retention level is not as good as it was 20 years ago. What would be the best one to start with?

    Community Answer
When I first started in 1994 I had no prior experience with a computer, never read any books about them at all. One day, I decided to go out and purchase a "beast" of one. Brought it home and connected all the devices together and turned on the monitor and the computer. That's how I began. Later, I went out to purchase some computer books on everything from A to Z in the book for a reference. Today, I have gone pretty far too and an still learning many neat things here and there. Your age has nothing to do with it. One more factor is get yourself a ledger book to write down whatever it might state on the screen that way you will learn quicker upon a problem if you run into 1.
