    If you have any real security concerns regarding a threat, you should file a police report. In terms of blocking an individual on your mobile device, if you have a Samsung, click on the number, then the "I" icon for information, it will pull up the recent contacts with that individual. On the top right area, click on the 3 dots for more options and click "Block Contact". For Apple, you can click on a number or contact to pull up their information page, scroll down to the bottom and click "Block this caller".
