QuestionHow do I set up a filter to forward all mail EXCEPT from named senders?Community AnswerThe best way to set up this kind of filter would be to sort the named senders to their own folder, leaving everything else in the 'general mail' inbox. You can then quickly scan the inbox to move anything you want to keep and bulk select all remaining messages for the trash.

QuestionHow do you add multiple keywords to a filter? For example, I want to send to trash emails with "Free!" or "Win!" in the body of the email.ButterflyCommunity AnswerYou cannot add multiple keywords in one filter unless you want to filter out messages when two or more words in the filter are side-by-side. You'll have to create different filters altogether. For example, you will have to create one filter with "Free!", save the filter, and then create another one with "Win!". But if you create a filter with "Free! Win!", messages with the whole phrase "Free! Win!" will only get filtered.
