    If you do go back to an older version, you have to completely wipe your phone and reinstall the software.

    Try freeing up storage space by deleting content that is unused and connect to Wi-Fi. 32-bit apps will not work in IOS 11, so try deleting 32-bit apps you may have, since after updating they will no longer work.

    Unless you saved the SHSH2 blocks, no. Your SE is permanently stuck on iOS 13+.
