    What you're talking about is a slideshow with sound. There are dozens of programs you can use for this. The easiest is iMovie, which comes free with Macintosh computers. The next step up is Final Cut, a Mac program that is used for professional movie making. If you're serious this is a great program, easy to learn, and you'lll never outgrow it. But there are many other programs that may fit your needs better. Some are more suited for output on web sites. Some, like Acrobat Reader, can output slide shows without sound.
