    It depends on how cold we're talking here. For most people 65 F or so should be comfortable. If it isn't so cold that you're going to wake up in the middle of the night, there's nothing wrong with the temperature in your bedroom.

    Thick blankets are probably your best bet. Just layer up and try to preserve your body heat.

    Unfortunately, in school you are not in control of the thermostat. I would suggest if it is cold outside and you need to bundle up, but you are too warm in your school, then try wearing layers of clothing. This will give you the ability to remove layers as needed to stay cool. Also, if your school allows, carry some ice water to keep yourself cool.
