Under "File" in your tool bar at the top of the screen, select "New Note" and another sticky will show up.

You have to have Stickies open for it to stay on your desktop. If you quit it you won't be able to see it but your work/info will be saved and still be there when re-opened.

Close the sticky window. You'll be asked if you want to save the note, and you can just select "Don't Save."

On Mac: Open stickie note app. Click 'File'. Click 'Import Text'. Find the 'text file' with name you saved your sticky under. Open, and the stickie note will appear on your desktop.

Hold down the stickies app, then it should come up with the options "quit", "hide", "show window", or one called "options". Click on the "options" button; it will say either "all desktops", "this desktop" and "none". Click on "all desktops" and it will appear across however many desktops you have.

Just click on the one you want to see and it will move in front of all the others. It should work on both Mac and Windows systems.

Open Stickies from the Apps menu in Finder or from Launch. When opened, it will show on the dock. Right click on the dock icon, and a drop down menu will show. From the drop down menu, click on Options and select Open at Login.

At the bottom left in dashboard there should be a plus and minus sign. Hit the plus sign and "Stickies" should be one of the options that appear.

On the top there should be a color option, click on the color you want. You can click on the top where you found color click the font, and there should be a smaller/bigger button. That's so you can change the font size.
