When a YouTube video is reported, it will be reviewed for Community Guidelines violations. If there's a violation, the video will be taken down.    Navigate to the video you want to report. You can use the search bar to find a specific video or enter a URL.

   Tap Report. This is below the YouTube handle; you may need to tap and drag the row of icons to see it. It's next to Save.

   • Alternatively, open the video in full-screen view, and then tap the three-dots icon at the bottom. Tap Report.

   Select a reason and tap Report. If the video violates specific guidelines, you can select it here. Once you've chosen a reason, tap Report to confirm, and the video will be reported. You can report a video for:

   • Sexual content
   • Violent or repulsive content
   • Hateful or abusive content
   • Harassment or bullying
   • Harmful or dangerous acts
   • Misinformation
   • Child abuse
   • Promotes terrorism
   • Spam or misleading
   • Legal issue
   • Captions issue

   • A pop-up window will open.

   Click Report. This is the second option.

   Select a reason and click Report. If the video violates specific guidelines, you can select it here. Once you've chosen a reason, click Report to confirm. The video will be reported. You can report a video for:

  YouTube may have not removed the sexual video; instead, they might have age-restricted the video. Age-restricted videos can only be viewed by logged-in users over the age of 18, who are able to clear the warning that the video contains adult content.

  When a video ad plays, tap the info icon. Tap stop seeing this ad and tap yes. Tap inappropriate and tap send. Note that sometimes the stop seeing this ad options doesn't show for some reason.
