Could it still be blocked on my previous broken phone?RandomIs6LettersCommunity AnswerBlocked numbers are usually stored on your Google account and therefore synched across devices. As long as the two devices have the same Google account, the blocked numbers will be the same. If the devices have different Google accounts, the number blocked on the old device should not affect the new one.
