This wikiHow will teach you how to cancel a Grubhub account using the website, but you'll first want to delete any memberships you have before you cancel your account. You cannot close your account from the mobile app even though you can cancel your membership; since a link is involved to close and delete your account, you'll have to use a web browser.
How to Cancel Your Grubhub Account & Membership
Go to the Grubhub app or website and click your name or “Account.” Click Grubhub+, Cancel Membership, then follow the prompts. Go to https://www.grubhub.com/help/privacy/data-deletion and hit Submit request to delete your account.
