  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click Additional permissions.
  6. Click Automatic downloads and select a new setting.

  7. A new page will open.
  8. By default, you will have Sites can ask to automatically download multiple files. This option can save you time by allowing websites to download related files in one go.[1]
    • To change this, select Don't allow sites to automatically download multiple files.
    • To stop specific sites from automatically downloading multiple files, click Add next to this option and enter the website URL.
    • To allow specific sites to automatically download multiple files, click Add next to this option and enter the website URL.

  5. A pop-up window will open.
  6. Use the pop-up window to find a new location. Click Select Folder when you're finished.
    • If you want to specify a new save location for each download, toggle on Ask where to save each file before downloading.
