How to Change Time Zone in Outlook on the Web

  1. Go to outlook.com and sign in to your account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click “View all Outlook settings.”
  4. Click “General” on the settings menu.
  5. Click the “Current time zone” drop down under “Language and time.”
  6. Select the time zone you want to use.
