Wide legs are natural. There is no serious need to worry about it. If your legs match your height and you regularly do exercise, then you are absolutely fine. Some wide legs are genetic, some are from muscle building and some are due to fat. On the other hand, if your legs are enormous, constantly looking swollen or way out of proportion to the rest of your body, you possibly have a medical condition and should visit the doctor for advice.

  • Question
If I choose not to eat at all, how long ill it take to get skinny legs?
    Community Answer
    Community Answer
If you do not eat, your metabolism slows down, and it actually becomes harder to lose weight. Not to mention, if you don't eat for a long time, your organs will shut down and you will die. There is no quick fix solution to losing weight and there is no way to target fat in one specific area. Just try to maintain a healthy diet and exercise (cardio is best).

  • Question
How do you lose your outer thigh fat?
    Community Answer
    Community Answer
Losing just outer thigh fat requires you to lose fat overall. To lose fat overall, your diet and consistent exercise are of the utmost importance. A healthy, clean, steady diet mixed with a variety of quality cardio (e.g. walking, running, cycling, elliptical training, jump roping, etc), and weight training can turn your body into a fat burning machine. To specifically target your thighs, add in a variety of squat and lunge variations as well as taking Pilates and ballet-based classes.
