Strengths and weaknesses are opposites of each other. If you can say you are a go-getter (strength), it also means you are not lazy (weakness). If you prefer verbal communication (such as when dealing with customers), you might dislike writing reports. So list your strengths, then in a search engine type that strength's opposite.

Everyone (even young kids) has strengths and weaknesses! Think about things you enjoy doing, especially when asked to do it. Often, you don't even need to be asked. Let's say you like putting together fashion outfits. But you are terrible at cleaning your room... you would rather pay attention to curtain fabrics, than deal with changing your bed. Or, your teacher showed the class how to use spreadsheets, and now you love putting data onto sheets. You'd rather do spreadsheets than talk about music with co-workers. Start with one side, and you'll find the other.
