No. Playstation Now is the only way to play Playstation 3 games currently. Some PS3 games are not on the Playstation Now service currently, just so you know.

How can I play PS2 Games on a PS3 or a PS4?

Some older models of the PS3 are fully backward-compatible with PS2 games, so if your model is one of the old ones, you can simply just pop in the game disc and it should play the game just fine. For PS4, you can only use the PSNow subscription to play older games.

Switch to the PS4 and log into the PlayStation store. Scroll the left bar down to PS3 to PS4. Select your game then add to cart, being sure to check that the price differential is correct. Select purchase and your transfer is complete
