At the end of each year, Spotify releases Spotify Wrapped, a year-in-review slideshow of your top songs and other listening habits. Many Spotify users look forward to viewing their Wrapped, but if you're new to Spotify (or have never looked at your Wrapped before), you might be wondering how you can see it. In this article, we'll go over where you can view your Spotify Wrapped and when you can expect Spotify Wrapped to be released, and explain how to see your top songs from previous years.

Every Way to View Your Spotify Wrapped

  • Tap the banner at the top of the mobile app.
  • Tap the Spotify Wrapped option in the top menu on the mobile app.
  • Sign in to the Spotify web player and click the Spotify Wrapped announcement.
  • Go to https://www.spotify.com/us/wrapped/ and sign in to your account.

    • Tap the banner at the top of the mobile app. When your Spotify Wrapped for the year is available to view, you should see a banner notification at the top of your mobile app. Tap it, and you'll be able to see your Wrapped.
    • Find it in the top menu bar. If you don't see a banner for your Spotify Wrapped, scroll through the top menu (that says All, Music, etc.)
    • Click the announcement on the Spotify website. If you sign into https://www.spotify.com, you should see an announcement that your Spotify Wrapped is available for viewing. Click Check it out to view your Wrapped.
    • Go to the Spotify Wrapped webpage. You can skip directly to the Spotify Wrapped webpage by going to https://www.spotify.com/us/wrapped/, but you must be signed in to Spotify on the web to see your slideshow.
      • Currently, you can't view your Spotify Wrapped slideshow on the desktop app. However, this may change in future years as Spotify continues to improve the Spotify Wrapped feature.

Can you still see old Spotify Wrappeds?

  1. You can, however, see old Spotify Wrapped playlists of your top songs from a given year.[1] To do this, type "Your Top Songs" into the Spotify search bar on the mobile app, desktop app, or website. You can add a year if you want to find a specific year's playlist, or you can leave the year off to view all of your Spotify Wrapped playlists.
    • Fun fact: your Spotify Wrapped playlist is ordered from the songs you listened to most to the songs you listened to the least![2]

Tips

  • Are you missing a Spotify Wrapped playlist for a year, or did you not get one this year? It's likely that you didn't meet the criteria to get a Spotify Wrapped. To get the Wrapped slideshow, you must listen to at least five different artists and you must listen to at least 30 songs for more than 30 seconds.[3]
  • In the past, Spotify has said that the cut-off for Wrapped statistics was October 31st of each year to allow time for QA testing and finishing touches.[4] However, in 2023, Spotify said on their X account that Wrapped was still looking at data past October 31st but did not confirm an exact cut-off date.[5] In general, you can expect Wrapped to include all of your listening habits from January 1st of the year to around the end of October to middle of November.
