This wikiHow teaches you how to check the status of an incoming or outgoing friend request on Snapchat. You can do this on both iPhone and Android smartphones. If the person you requested to add as a friend ignores your request, you'll still follow them and will only be able to see if they followed you in return by checking your list of followers.
How do you see who added you on Snapchat?
Check the pending section. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen. Tap Add Friends. Look for names under the "ADDED ME" heading near the top of the screen. If you don't see any names here, tap the back button in the top-left corner, then tap X in the top-left corner.
