Are you trying to get a refund on something you bought in Valorant? Riot will refund certain Valorant items, but not all of them. The most important caveat is that the item must have been purchased in the last 2 weeks, and it can't be used or upgraded. Riot will also let you refund VP, as long as it was purchased in the last 2 weeks and you haven't used any of it. Getting a Valorant refund is simple, and in this wikiHow we'll teach you exactly how to do it.
Quick Steps
- Make sure your item was purchased recently and is unused.
- Sign in to the Valorant support website with your Valorant account.
- Scroll down and click on Get My Order History.
- Click Refund next to the item you want to return.

Determine if your item can be refunded. Riot Games will only offer refunds on certain Valorant items, and only if they are unused and it's been 14 days or less since purchase. An item is considered "used" if it's equipped and you enter a game with it, including custom games or practice mode.[1]

- If you're looking to refund VP or you're not able to get a refund via the link above, you can also fill out a support ticket for help. Select "In-Game Refund" or "Cash Refunds" to be directed to the right department.

If you buy a bundle item individually and then decide to buy the full bundle later, request a refund for the individual item before buying the bundle. Once you buy a bundle, you won't be able to get a refund on the first, individually-purchased item. Thanks
