How to Fix AirPods Beeping

Make sure your AirPods and case have enough battery life. Restart your AirPods. You can turn off case sounds in the Settings menu. Disconnect and re-pair your AirPods. Make sure you complete the Find My setup. Factory reset your AirPods if the problem continues.
