  3. Tap Personal details.
  4. Tap Contact info.
  5. Go to Add new contacts > Add email.
  6. Add and confirm your new email address.

  1. On an iPhone or iPad, this will be at the bottom-right corner. On Android, this will be at the top-right corner.[1]

  10. If you don't want to keep your old email address connected to your Facebook account, tap it on the Contact Information screen, select Delete email, and follow the on-screen instructions to remove it.

  1. This will open a menu.
    • If you aren't logged into Facebook, enter your email address (or phone number) and password before proceeding. If needed, you can recover your password.
  2. You can find this below your profile name.
  3. This will open your account settings.
  4. It's in the upper-left corner of the page.
  5. It's on the left panel.
  6. This is at the top of the right panel. Any email addresses and phone numbers connected to your account will appear here.
  7. Before you remove your old email address, we'll first add your new one.
  8. If you have more than one Meta account (such as an Instagram account or a second Facebook account), you can add the new email address to as many of these accounts as you'd like. Once you click Next, you'll receive a code to your new email address.[2]
  9. Enter the code you received via email, click Next, and then click Close. Your new primary email address is now available on Facebook.
