  • Log foods only on MyFitnessPal. MyFitnessPal will sync your food diary to your Fitbit account at https://fitbit.com, but https://fitbit.com will not sync to MyFitnessPal.
  • If you use the app, update to the latest version so you can log start times for exercise in the app. Otherwise, you need to use the website to log cardio exercise start times so your Fitbit tracker can accurately calculate calorie burn.
