This wikiHow teaches you how to sync your Fitbit device to your PC or Mac. You can sync your Fitbit to your computer as well as your smartphone or tablet. If your device came with a USB dongle, you can leave it plugged into your computer and the app will update whenever your Fitbit is in range.

  1. Download the official Fitbit app from the Windows Store if you haven't already. To get the Fitbit app:

  1. Go to https://www.fitbit.com in a web browser. Open your preferred web browser and go the main Fitbit website.

  4. It's the file named "FitbitConnect-v2.0.2.7....dmg". This will open a new window with the Installer file.
    • By default, all downloaded files can be found in your "Download" folder in the Finder.
  5. To install the Fitbit Connect app:
    • Double-click Install Fitbit Connect.pkg
    • Click Continue.
    • Click Continue.
    • Click Agree.
    • Click Install.
    • Enter your admin password if prompted and click Install Software.
