Lime twists are useful as a cocktail garnish or as a salad or cake decoration. They're very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Lime
  1. Since the peel will come into contact with the food or drink, it needs to be cleaned. Wipe dry with a kitchen towel.[1]

    Cut as many thin slices as you'll need to use for garnish or decoration.[2]

    Using the knife, make a small cut halfway through the lime slice.[3]
