How do I find a lost password for my Gmail account?

Try using the passwords you most commonly use. If that doesn't work, you can alert Gmail and they will send you recovery instructions, either to your phone or your alternate email address. If you do not have one set up, your account is probably lost, but you can try contacting Gmail's tech support and see if they can help you.
