Secure your digital life with online password best practices. Choose a long, easy-to-remember passphrase as your password. You should also avoid using the same password for multiple services or websites. Use web browser password managers to create and securely store your passwords.

I'd recommend either using a password manager, which will keep track of all of your different passwords for you, or writing your passwords down in a notebook. If you go the notebook route, keep it someplace safe where other people can't access it.

Try using a VPN. VPN uses a different server in a different country, which means your sites at your workplace will no longer be blocked as soon you switch on the VPN on your phone. VPN applications are available on the App Store/Play Store.
