Holistic Love Coach & Intuitive HealerNo contact is ideal, but if you just aren't in an environment where you can do that, at least go for limited contact. The more space you have, the better. But if you just can't help but interact with them because you go to school together or you work at the same place, just minimize the amount of time you spend talking to them. -

Holistic Love Coach & Intuitive HealerI don't know if it's possible to say something is always going to work when it comes to a process as like recovering from heartbreak, but no contact is certainly one of the more reliable options here. -
QuestionMy ex left me and has a new girlfriend but still wants to contact me and meet up occasionally.Joanne dohertyCommunity AnswerCome on, surely you deserve better. Don't let him play you like a fiddle. He shouldn't play with your emotions if he's unsure about his. He wants to come and go as he pleases and are you OK with that? I think it's called control you and you are his get out of jail card if anything goes wrong with his new girlfriend.

QuestionI kept trying and requesting her for like 10 months. We hurt each other a lot. I wanto to work through issues but she doesn't. Will she come back if I go no contact now?Community AnswerAt this point, no one knows. With no contact, you'll have no opportunity to try to change her mind, so it will be up to her. It's possible she's just toxic and is trying to hurt you. Go ahead and try it and see how it goes.

QuestionHe called me after 3 months to say he is sorry if he ever hurt me. But he didn't say he wanted to be together again. What does this mean?KiloNovaCommunity AnswerIt likely means he's a good guy. He probably doesn't want to date you again if he cut contact for three months, but he is checking to see that you're doing OK.

QuestionDoes no contact make him realize that he wants you?Community AnswerIt's hard to predict. That definitely could happen, but he also might decide he's better off without you. (That might hurt, but it's better to find it out now than later.)

QuestionHe is messaging me after 19 days. He said he needed to sort himself out but was on a dating app and is now texting me saying that he loves me. He did not value me but is reaching out.KiloNovaCommunity AnswerGive him a 'chance. Test him and see if it's real. Do what you think is best. If you really want to talk to him, go for it!
